The staff were all lovely and efficient louise LIGHTFOOT We've just come back from a 7 stay at the hotel and the only issue we had was one of the ladies on reception was rude at check in but other than that it was wonderful and for the money it was great value for money food was varied and tasted fantastic the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and house keeping staff were so friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff went pasado of their way to make sure everyone was entertained and happy and having the time of their lives.

We had issue with room lock on arrival, within minutes of reporting had maintenance trying to fix it, unfortunately, it wasn't a five minute job, so we was offered another room and moved very quickly.
